Senior Civil Engineering Faculty (TNPSC AE / TRB)
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering faculty to join our IIT/NIT Alumni team. Responsibilities: Create high-quality video lectures and prepare structured notes/MCQs for TNPSC AE, JDO, and GATE exams. Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions. Requirements: B.E/M.E in Civil Engineering with a strong GATE score or prior teaching experience. Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.
Social Media & Community Manager
Grow the Mahesh IES Academy community on YouTube and social media. Responsibilities: Manage YouTube video uploads (titles, thumbnails, SEO). Engage with students in comments and community tabs. Promote course launches and test series. Requirements: Experience with YouTube Studio, Canva (for basic design), and a good understanding of the student mindset in Tamil Nadu.
